You will have access to the service portal where you have the ability to report breakdowns, access reports, request consumables and monitor your devices.
A single, predictable invoice
You will receive one quarterly bill for all of your devices, making it easier for you to manage costs and help with budget planning.
Proactive Fault Reporting
With Xerox Services Manager software we can see what incidents have occurred or consumables are required without your intervention. This software automatically notifies the Xerox service desk to alert an engineer to fix the device or order the required supplies.
