Putting the solution into practice
In this stage we will assess your site, advise your IT department of timeframes, benefits and site plans, and control the transfer of services and systems. We will then optimise and enhance your infrastructure and services. In addition the relevant training and user documentation will be given.
We ensure the print service plan is implemented with minimal disruption to your business all of which will be overseen by one of our accredited Prince 2, PMI and ITIL project managers.

We establish the relevant training requirements for your organisation, including user training sessions, how to guides and posters to make users aware of the new print environment. - Support
There will be a dedicated project managed to hand who will work alongside your team to organise review meetings, assist with queries, manage risks and escalate interruptions. - IT Requirements
To fulfil the Managed Print Service, software will loaded on your network to enable device management and reporting tools.
