There are three elements of our assessment, the voice of the customer, the voice of the process and the voice of the environment. Understanding each of these elements is essential for us to analyse your current infrastructure and your future requirements.
Voice of the Customer
Understanding each department’s user requirements from your print, copy, scan and fax devices. This will allow us to look for opportunities to enhance user functionality.
Voice of the Process
Understanding your current processes that support your print. This will show your current process for ordering service, consumables and training that in turn will indicate areas of possible cost savings and enhanced productivity.
Voice of the Environment
Understanding the current state environment of your costs, energy consumption and hardware:
-
Cost Assessment – Specifies the costs of toner, parts, labour, leases, depreciation and outsourced print jobs.
-
Energy Assessment – Details the energy consumption of the current print, copy, scan and fax devices, which will then be compared to industry standards.
-
Hardware Assessment – Specifies all of the print, copy, scan and fax devices within your business, to include location, meter reading, serial number and install date.
-
Document Assessment – Analysis of the current colour and mono print jobs that are produced in-house and outsourced. In addition, details of the applications, pages per job and the ratio of users to devices.
